Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
Early or late self check-in is available with at least 24 hours notice.
Check-out is by 11:30 am.
Reservation & Cancellation Policies:
We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel on or before 14 days of your check-in date, there is no cancellation fee and you are not responsible for any charges. If you cancel within 14 days of your check-in date, you will be responsible for all of the charges associated with your stay if we are unable to re-reserve your room(s) for any and all nights for which you reserved.
There is not a fee to change a reservation 14 days prior to stay. A charge could be incurred if you wish to shorten a stay within 14 days of your check-in date as it would be considered a partial cancellation and be subject to our cancellation policy above.
No-show for a reservation will be billed in full for all rooms and nights reserved.
Parties reserving three or more rooms are subject to a thirty day cancellation period.
Special event weekends are subject to a variable rate, increased minimum night stay, extended cancellation period & deposit requirement.
Breakfast:
Our inn offers a full hot breakfast from 8:00 - 9:30 am every morning in our historic ballroom.
Children:
Children of all ages are welcome, although we do not supply port-a-cribs.
Smoking:
We are an entirely non-smoking inn.
Pet Policies:
We do have two dog friendly rooms: Rooms 1 & 2. Dogs only. More than one dog is considered on a case by case basis. No Cats are permitted. Pets may never be left alone in the room except during breakfast service. Dogs must be leashed at all times. There is a pet fee: $25 fee per stay Our inn offers a full hot breakfast from 8:00 - 9:30 am every morning in our historic ballroom.
