In June 2019, Eileen Stout once again became the owner of the Rogues Harbor Inn (Previously she had owned the Inn from 1996- 2015).
Eileen came to Ithaca to attend Cornell University for a graduate degree in Landscape Architecture. She loved the area and stayed, as many Cornellians do. Not long after staying, she stumbled upon the Rogues' Harbor Inn, a beautiful building, conveniently located, but in dire need of renovations and love. Since then, the Inn has been carefully restored, prospered and achieved National Historic Landmark designation.
She sold the Inn in 2015 to pursue her life long passion to become a jeweler, utilizing her design degree and graduate gemologist certification. She has trained as a goldsmith for the past five years and has opened a gallery at the inn.
She is proud to once again welcome overnight guests from around the globe.
